Hello! My name is Kaleena Kea and I am the assistant principal at Henrietta Elementary School. I grew up in Burkburnett and taught there for 16 years. I have taught 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th grade. I taught all subjects at the elementary level and English Language Arts and Reading at the secondary level. I graduated from Midwestern State University in 2006 with my teaching degree, from Lamar University in 2022 with my Master's in Educational Leadership, and acquired my superintendent certification in January of 2025. I'm very excited to serve in Henrietta as it is another small community that feels like home.

I enjoy spending time with my family most of all. Shawn Kea and I have been together for 11 years. Our kids are the joy of my heart. Caleb Kea graduated from Texas A&M (2025) with a degree in engineering/industrial distribution and has begun his career in the Forth Worth area. Addison Kea will begin her junior year of college at Clarkson University (Potsdam, New York) and will be playing basketball and majoring in marketing. Avery Jenkins will be a senior at Burkburnett HS where she is involved in cross country and track and is a class officer. In my spare time, you will probably find me reading or binging a TV series.
